How to use:
Grilling: Spread a two-centimeter layer of wood chips around the glowing charcoal - avoid placing the chips directly on the charcoal as they will burn immediately. To enhance their effectiveness, you may moisten them slightly with water, which will produce more smoke. Cover the grill promptly after arranging the food on the grating. Grilling time varies from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the type and size of the meat.
Smoking: Depending on the type of smoker available, place the wood chips in the smoke generator or in the designated area of the smoker itself, or around the glowing wood in the hearth.
These wood chips are especially suitable for use in a smoke generator. Utilizing a smoke generator can yield the most professional results, delivering products with impeccable flavor, aroma, and color.
