The Valvoline Food Calsul 2 NSF/H1 400g is a food-grade calcium sulfonate complex lubricant designed for heavy-duty applications. Specially formulated using synthetic PAO technology, it meets the lubrication requirements of food processing plants. This lubricant is also suitable for the paper industry and the production of animal feed pellets, where contact with food may occur.
Recommended for lubrication under extremely challenging working conditions, it performs well in high-temperature environments, uneven loads, and areas exposed to significant moisture, dust, and steam. It is ideal for lubricating roller bearings in presses for the production of animal feed pellets, where food contact is possible. This product is recommended for heavily loaded bearings operating continuously at high temperatures above 160 °C and exposed to significant steam exposure. It is also suitable for lubricating bearings in equipment used to dry sunflowers, soybeans, or rapeseeds in edible oil production facilities.
