The ORLEN Konkreton Bio-Bit 10 20L mold oil is a low-viscosity, biodegradable oil designed as a release agent for manufacturing, processing, and storing coated asphalt mixtures. It is ideal for applications aimed at achieving easy separation of the coated concrete or asphalt mixture from surface coatings during production, transportation, and actual paving.
This separator allows for the efficient removal of coated asphalt mixtures from truck loading surfaces, transfer equipment, and other technological elements used in the production and paving process. The ORLEN Konkreton Bio-Bit oil facilitates the release of concrete mixtures from molds and can be used on steel, aluminum, plastic, and wooden molds used in the production of precast concrete and other concrete elements.
Application is carried out through spraying.
