The ORLEN Konkreton Bio-Bit Mold Oil 10 is a low-viscosity, biodegradable oil designed for use as a release agent in the production, processing, and laying of coated asphalt mixtures.
This product is intended for applications that facilitate the easy separation of coated asphalt mixtures, enabling efficient use of technologies employed in production, transportation, and actual paving. The separator allows for smooth release of the coated asphalt mixture from truck loading surfaces, handling equipment, and other technological elements utilized in the production and paving process.
The KONKRETON BIO-BIT oil simplifies the release of concrete mixtures from molds. It can be used on molds made of steel, aluminum, plastic, and wood that are employed in the production of precast concrete and other concrete elements. The formulation minimizes oil mist formation during spraying by using carefully selected additives.
