The LITEN® EPX-00 lithium grease, produced by ORLEN, is a semi-fluid lubricant designed for use in gear systems. This product is derived from mineral oil, with a kinematic viscosity of approximately 150 mm²/s at 40°C. To enhance lubrication properties, it is enriched with EP additives, as well as additives that improve adhesion, antioxidant, and anti-corrosive characteristics.
APPLICATION:
The LITEN® EPX lubricants are intended for the lubrication of enclosed toothed cylindrical and conical gears operating within a temperature range of 20°C to +100°C. The selection of the LITEN® EPX lubricant depends on the gear design, sealing level, and operating temperature:
• LITEN® EPX 00 – used at lower temperatures and with good gear sealing,
• LITEN® EPX 0 – used under moderate conditions,
• LITEN® EPX 1 – used at higher temperatures and with weak sealing.
