Pilarol EKO is an eco-friendly oil with excellent performance characteristics, specifically designed for oiling chain saws. Its base consists of refined vegetable oil combined with a unique blend of enhancing additives.
The use of vegetable oils as a base allows Pilarol EKO to qualify as a highly biodegradable oil, achieving 81.6% biodegradability in the OECD 301 F test. The carefully selected combination of enhancing additives ensures favorable operating properties, including excellent adherence to the moving parts of devices (saw cutting elements), optimal lubrication conditions even at low temperatures (protecting the cutting edge from rapid dulling), and good thermal properties, allowing it to be used over a wide temperature range, with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant capabilities.
Pilarol is a multifunctional, environmentally friendly, high-quality oil designed for lubricating cutting systems (chains) and mechanical saw guides. It is widely used in forestry, horticulture, and can also be utilized for lubricating other machines used in tree cutting.
