How to use the Jänek Majster and Przepalanka essences?

Pour 4 liters of spirits into a container and add the flavour essence along with your desired amount of sugar—200-400 g for 4 liters is recommended. Add the contents of the Przepalanka essence bottle and stir thoroughly. Allow the mixture to sit for at least 24 hours* to develop its full aroma and flavor. If you wish to create smaller batches, you can use the grooves on the bottles to measure out 10 ml of essence, sufficient for 1 liter of drink.

*A longer maturation period positively impacts the flavor and aroma of the finished liquor.
