Frukta-Żel is free from artificial preservatives and enhancers and is based on natural citrus pectin. With it, you can prepare healthy, tasty, sweet homemade preserves for the whole family—kids will love them! One package ensures perfect gelling for up to 1 kg of any chosen fruits! With this product, you can easily and quickly prepare your favorite preserves! Just add the contents of the package to your fruits along with the sugar of your choice and cook while stirring vigorously. Your hot preserve is ready to fill the jars!

Frukta-Żel is primarily intended for low-sugar jams. In jams with a high sugar concentration, the pectin may not gel properly, or lumps may form. To avoid this, we recommend mixing the fruits with part of the sugar and Frukta-Żel, then adding the remaining sugar.

Instructions for use:

Jam:

  1. Wash the fruits, remove the pits, and chop larger ones.
  2. Mix Frukta-Żel with the fruits, bring to a boil while stirring vigorously.
  3. Add 0.35-0.50 kg of sugar to the fruits and cook for a few minutes until completely dissolved.
  4. For peaches, pears, apricots, strawberries, pumpkin, etc., add lemon juice or half a teaspoon of citric acid.
  5. Fill jars with the hot preserve, seal, and place them upside down, or pasteurize.

Vegan jelly:

  • Heat 0.5 l of your chosen juice.
  • Add Frukta-Żel, stirring until dissolved.
  • Refrigerate the liquid until it solidifies.
