Usage Instructions:

Grilling: Place a two-centimeter layer of chips around glowing charcoal—do not place them directly on the fire as they may burn immediately. For economical use, you may slightly moisten the chips with water to produce more smoke. Immediately cover the grill with a lid after placing the dishes on the grate. Grilling time ranges from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the size and type of meat.

Smoking: Depending on your smoker type, place the chips in the designated area, whether in a smoke generator or firebox alongside glowing wood.

Chips are ideal for use in a smoke generator, ensuring professional results with excellent taste, aroma, and color.
