Usage instructions:

Grilling: Place a two-centimeter layer of chips around the glowing charcoal. Avoid placing them directly on the hearth to prevent immediate burning. Moisten the chips slightly to economize and enhance smoke production. Cover the grill with a lid immediately after placing the dishes on the grate. Grilling time ranges from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the meat size and type.

Smoking: Depending on your smoker type, place the chips in the designated area, possibly in a smoke generator or around the glowing wood.

These chips are ideal for use in a smoke generator, ensuring professional results with excellent taste, aroma, and color.
