How to use:
Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter thick layer of wood chips around the glowing charcoal — do not place the chips directly onto the charcoal to prevent immediate burning. You may moisten the wood chips slightly with water to enhance smoke production. Cover the grill immediately after placing food on the grate. Grilling time typically ranges from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the type and size of meat.
Smoking: Depending on your smoker type, place the wood chips in the smoke generator or in the designated area of the smoker or, alternatively, around the glowing wood in the hearth.
These wood chips are perfect for use in a smoke generator, ensuring professional-quality results with excellent flavor, aroma, and color.
Please note: The smoker and grill should be operated only by adults, adhering to fire safety protocols and the user manual for the specific device, along with recommendations for using the wood chips.
