Class 8 (medium fraction) - the chips are sized between 6-8 mm, suitable for both small and large smokers.

Usage Instructions:
Place a two-centimeter thick layer of wood chips around glowing charcoal; do not place them directly on the charcoal to avoid immediate burning. Moistening the chips slightly can enhance smoke production. Cover the grill promptly after placing the food on the grate. Grilling time ranges from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the type and size of meat.
Depending on your smoker type, place the wood chips in the smoke generator or designated area of the smoker itself, or alternatively, around the glowing wood in the hearth.
These wood chips are excellent for use in smoke generators, providing the most professional outcomes with superb flavor, aroma, and color.
