Recipe for 1 kg of roast ribs

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of pork ribs,
  • 3 carrots,
  • 3 parsley roots,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 garlic cloves,
  • 2 glasses of water,
  • 5 tablespoons of oil,
  • 1 pack of Marinade for ribs,
  • optionally small potatoes.

Preparation: Rinse the ribs thoroughly to remove any bone fragments. Rub the meat with 2 tablespoons of oil and the Marinade for Ribs. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 12 hours. About 30 minutes before roasting, take the ribs out of the refrigerator. Prepare the vegetables by peeling and slicing the carrots, parsley, and garlic, and cutting the onion into half-rings.

Place the meat and vegetables in a roasting tin or a clay baker, adding two tablespoons of oil and two glasses of water. Cover and place in an oven preheated to approximately 50°C. We recommend roasting at 180°C for 1.5 hours (using upper and lower heat with the fan on). Then, reduce the temperature to 150°C and roast for another 20 minutes uncovered. Keep an eye on the water level during cooking to prevent it from evaporating completely. If you wish to add potatoes, it's best to blanch them in hot water for 10 minutes and then add them to the dish with the ribs after 1 hour of roasting.

Marinade ingredients: non-iodised salt, spices (granulated garlic, smoked sweet pepper, black pepper, hot chili pepper), herbs (oregano, marjoram), anti-caking agent E 536.

Store in a dry place, away from direct UV light. The product may contain traces of mustard, celery, soy, sesame, gluten, and nuts.
