Frukta-Żel is made without artificial preservatives and additives, relying solely on natural pectin. It allows you to create healthy, sweet, homemade preserves that the whole family will love. One package is sufficient for gelling up to 1 kg of any fruit. Prepare your favorite preserves quickly and easily by mixing the contents with your desired sugar and cooking everything together.

This product is particularly suited for low-sugar jams. In jams with high sugar concentrations, the pectin may not gel, or lumps may form. To prevent this, we recommend combining some of the fruit with sugar and Frukta-Żel first before adding the rest of the sugar.

How to Use:

For Jam:

1. Wash the fruit, remove pits, and chop larger pieces.
2. Mix Frukta-Żel with fruit and cook while stirring vigorously.
3. Add 0.35-0.5 kg of sugar to the fruit and cook for a few minutes until the sugar fully dissolves.
4. For peaches, pears, apricots, strawberries, pumpkins, etc., add lemon juice or half a teaspoon of citric acid.
5. Fill jars with the hot preserve, seal the lids, and either invert the jars or pasteurize them.

For Vegan Jelly:

1. Heat 0.5 L of your chosen juice.
2. Add Frukta-Żel and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Once the liquid has cooled, place it in the refrigerator to set.
