Slivovitz is a dry liquor with high alcohol content created by fermenting specially selected purple plums. The BROWIN Turbo Slivovitz Yeast facilitates swift fermentation of fruit mixtures with a uniquely formulated blend of yeast and nutrients. This allows you to achieve a 17-18% alcohol concentration in just 10-14 days, all while preserving the distinct, flavorful qualities of homemade plum brandy. Using one 62 g packet ensures you can prepare a 25 L batch with only 5 kg of sugar. The ease of use of this yeast will exceed your expectations!

How to use:

Crush 14 kg of plums (preferably pitted). Prepare a sugar syrup using 9 L of water and 5 kg of sugar, then pour it over the plums. Once cooled to 25-30 °C, stir in the yeast from the packet thoroughly. Allow fermentation over about 2 weeks, stirring every 2 days. For higher alcohol content, add an additional 1.5 kg of sugar after 5 days. After fermentation, filter the mixture. We recommend adding Alco-crystal to the finished slivovitz to enhance its fruity aroma.
