This universal agent allows you to effectively adjust the acidity without diluting your wine batches, ensuring that you achieve a superior quality wine with balanced acidity.

The optimal acidity level for wine ranges from 6-10 g/L. Traditionally, reducing acidity involves diluting with water, which can compromise wine quality, leading to a loss of aromas and flavor as more water is added.
Provide yourself and fellow wine enthusiasts with an exceptional tasting experience. 🍷 Using Redukwas® is a quick and simple process. One sachet contains 15 g, allowing for gentle deacidification of up to 20 L of must (wine).
How to use:
Dissolve Redukwas® in 50 ml of water, then add it to your must or wine, stirring thoroughly. After 24 hours, decant the must.
Adding 6-7 g of Redukwas® to 10 L of must (or a whole sachet to 20 L) will reduce the acidity by 1 g/L.
