Introducing the Bordeaux Liquid Wine Yeast 20ml by BROWIN, a versatile and noble yeast specially designed for all types of wines. It is particularly recommended for wines made from cherries, raspberries, plums, chokeberries, blackberries, and various currants.
This Bordeaux strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae is suspended in a protective liquid, ensuring quick and stable fermentation across a wide temperature range. It promotes good attenuation of sugars and contributes to a lasting wine color and an attractive bouquet, making it ideal for wines that require an extended maturation period.

Directions for use:
To prepare the yeast, create a yeast inoculation or 'yeast mother' by following these steps: Pour 150 ml of juice into a 1 L bottle or add 200 g of crushed fruit, 300 ml of water, and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Cover the bottle with a cotton wool plug and pasteurize for 30 minutes. Once cooled, add the contents of the yeast bag to the bottle. Let it sit for 1-2 days at 22-26°C, then transfer the mixture to a fermentation tank or balloon (5-25 L).
Caution!
Maintain sterile conditions throughout all stages of yeast inoculation preparation. Ensure the cleanliness of the vessel used for inoculation.
For optimal fermentation, consider adding the medium: Kombi (401020) or Kombi Vita (401030).
Best before use: Check the expiry date and batch number on the seal. Store in a dry place at room temperature. This product is intended for oenological use only and is not for direct consumption.
