Smoke responsibly and safely

The smoker where the modules are to be installed should be placed outdoors under shelter to protect it from weather conditions (such as rain, snow, or excessive sunlight) and provide a grounded electrical power supply for safe operation.

WARNING! To ensure proper installation and safe operation of the modules and smoker, carefully read the instruction manual included with the modules and follow all provided guidelines regarding the safe use of electrical devices.

The kit components must be used strictly according to their intended purpose. Any misuse may pose health and safety risks.

Note that the heating module operates at a life-threatening voltage of 230V, and always wear protective gloves when handling the heated device. Never leave the device unattended.

With dragON modules (including the Jet series smoke generator), you can smoke using several options:

• Cold smoking ~ 16-25°C
• Warm smoking ~ 30-55°C
• Hot smoking ~ 55-65°C
• Baking ~ 70-85°C

The provided temperatures are approximate; adjust them according to the specific product you're smoking. Use the settings on the controller as well as the guidelines in the recipe for best results.

Operating the smoker without convection at the maximum temperature of 90°C should not exceed 4 hours, depending on weather conditions.

Once smoking is complete, maintenance and cleaning become easier!

It is crucial to clean the thermocouple and thermal fuse thoroughly after each use, preferably with Browin's specialized and highly effective Smoker Cleaning Liquid.
