The BROWIN 310091 Meat Netting Applicator is a premium tool designed to simplify the preparation of home-made hams, meats, and cheeses. This innovative applicator allows for quick and easy placement of meat in netting, resulting in professionally shaped products ready for smoking, roasting, or steaming.
The applicator is suitable for different types of netting with a minimum diameter of 125 mm. For netting with reinforced batch clamping force and dense weaving, it is recommended to choose a larger diameter, minimum 150 mm.
Whether you're making delicious hams, smoked, baked, or steamed meats at home, or crafting gourmet cheeses, the BROWIN 310091 Meat Netting Applicator simplifies the process. Mount it horizontally on your kitchen worktop or vertically on a cupboard door, and experience the convenience of preparing your favorite foods quickly.
The applicator is equipped with a base featuring a special "foot" and side grapples, ensuring stability while in use. The elongated tube with a notched head and a removable extension enhances the ease of applying meat netting. You can slide on the entire netting or just the portion required for your meat or cheese.
Cleaning is a breeze due to the smooth, fin-free inner surface, which is also dishwasher safe.
Set Includes:

Directions for Use:
1. Attach the applicator to the worktop (horizontally) or cupboard door (vertically) using the mounting bracket or by hanging it on the foot. Before use, test attachment to avoid marking delicate surfaces.
2. Apply the extension and place the necessary section of netting onto the applicator, aided by the corrugated part of the tube head.
3. After placing the netting, remove the extension.
4. Securely tie or clamp the end of the netting.
5. Hold the netting with one hand and insert the meat or cheese into the applicator, moving the batch toward the clamp or tied end for tight filling.
6. Once the netting is filled with meat or cheese, tie securely with twine or clamp with pliers, cutting off excess netting.
Your meats and cheeses are now ready for further processing—smoking, roasting, or steaming.
