The convenient Fiskars functional form wok is Ideal for the daily cuisine, mainly for the roasting of eggs, vegetables, meat, rice and noodles as well as for the preparation of weekly dishes and curries. The 28 cm pan body is made of durable, 90% recycled stainless steel and can be used on all types of cooker, including induction. The pan is equipped with a plastic-free, non-stick Ceratec™ ceramic coating, which is easy to clean and dishwasher-proof. The Functional Form Wok has a 3-layer base for optimum heating and even roasting, as well as a handle that remains cool and is therefore easy to grip. The wok has a maximum roasting temperature of 270 ºC and is up to 150 ºC oven-proof for recipes where the pan has to be pushed into the oven, WAS allows a seamless cooking process. Made in Finland in the ISO 14001 certified Fiskars factory.
