The TOYA SOLDER SN60PB40 1.0MM 100G is a high-quality solder flux binder specifically designed for soft soldering in the electronics industry. Produced from a blend of tin and lead in accordance with PN EN 29453:2000, this soldering wire undergoes a continuous casting process that eliminates air, which helps prevent the formation of oxides. The solder wire has a thickness of 1.0 mm and a weight of 100 g, with a tin content ranging from 59.5% to 60.5%. It features a melting point between 183°C and 190°C, making it suitable for various electronic applications.
The SW26 flux used in this solder is formulated with rosin and an organic halogen activator, which remains within the rosin after soldering, protecting the solder from corrosion while facilitating melting and improving fluidity. This product is primarily utilized in the manufacturing of standard electronic devices and components in the electrical engineering sector.
Warning: This binder should not be used in equipment that does not meet the exemptions outlined in Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and Council regarding restrictions on certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).
