The YATO 140 A MMA inverter welder is a cutting-edge welding machine that utilizes advanced IGBT transistors. It features a specially designed microprocessor that autonomously manages the entire welding process, drastically enhancing performance and user experience. This device not only reduces the likelihood of failure but also simplifies the welding process, making high-quality welds achievable for both seasoned professionals and newcomers.
Manufactured in Taiwan, the microprocessor is built on ARM4 architecture using 55 nm technology, operating at 200 MHz in 32-bit mode. This advanced design enables the control of the latest generation of transistors at speeds of up to 70 kHz, nearly double that of similar devices. Additionally, it analyzes welding parameters approximately two hundred million times per second, eliminating the need for extra circuits for features like ARC FORCE, ANTI STICK, and HOT START. This design minimizes the interference from current transformation processes, allowing for superior welding quality.
Basic Specifications:
Key Features:
Function Descriptions:
Real Hot Start: Automatically increases the welding current momentarily to make striking the arc easier. The settings are pre-configured for commonly used rutile electrodes.
Real Arc Force: Dynamically adjusts the arc's characteristics based on the distance from the workpiece. The microprocessor checks the welding parameters around two hundred million times per second to optimize current adjustments in real-time, again pre-set for rutile electrodes.
Anti-stick: Cuts off the current if the electrode sticks to the metal, allowing for easy disconnection.
VRD: Reduces the voltage at rest to a safe level, enhancing safety during operation. This function is automated, turning off only when the electrode contacts the workpiece, hence preventing arc ignition issues.
Overload and Overheating Protection: The microprocessor assesses critical component temperatures in real time. It controls fan speed to prevent overheating, and if temperatures exceed limits, it automatically reduces output current for safe operation.
