The YATO Pipe Calibrator YT-22374 is an essential tool for working with PEX-AL-PEX and PE-RT pipes. It is specifically designed for pipes with the following outer diameters:

• Ø 16 mm
• Ø 20 mm
• Ø 26 mm

During the cutting process, the profile of these pipes can become flattened, which may lead to leaks and costly repairs when fittings are installed.

The YATO calibrators also serve the dual purpose of an internal and external deburrer.

Each size of the calibrator features special blades on both the inner and outer sides. This design ensures that all the pipes being treated are calibrated to achieve a perfectly round cross-section, guaranteeing a tight fit and are then deburred to smooth the edges, allowing the pipe to be pressed evenly against the fitting.

Instructions for Use:

Insert the calibrator into the pipe until it reaches the end, rotating it clockwise and counterclockwise. After that, make 2-3 complete rotations to deburr the tip.
